Officially affiliating your student group with Students For Liberty has many benefits.  One of which is discounted rates to attend our conferences, especially the International Students For Liberty Conference.  Starting this week, SFL will be offering a special $15 registration fee for the International Conference to members of affiliated student groups.

Not an affiliate yet?  Don’t worry, you can affiliate your group now to receive these benefits.  Affiliation is simple, all we ask for is information on your group, what you have done recently, what you plan to do, and input on how SFL can best help you.  All you need to do is fill out the affiliation form on our website here: http://studentsforliberty.org/college/groups/affiliation/.  After submitting the form you will receive an email confirming your affiliate status.  Then you and your group will be eligible for the special $15 rate.

The Pete Eyre Voluntaryist Scholarship

Pete Eyre of the Motor Home Diaries is sponsoring a scholarship for students who self-identify as voluntaryist.  The Voluntaryist Scholarship will cover the registration fee to the International Students For Liberty Conference for the 4 students who submit the best response to the question: “Why do you self-describe as a voluntaryist and how do you introduce such ideas to others?”  Entries should not exceed 600 words in length and be submitted to Voluntaryism411@gmail.com by December 31st, 2009.
